According to the video, Howard was watching the show of Erich and right after during the show, the actress was being mobbed by fans.
Thinking that this is a once in a lifetime chance, he shouted with his lungs out,p and said he would treat Erich with the famous Sili Ice Cream of Albay if she would just have a photo taken with him.
People were surprised of his loud shout and Erich noticed him. He was asked to go in front of the stage and Erich agreed on the date.
