Rumors have spread saying that co-host/comedian Super Tekla is leaving Willie Revillame‘s show, Wowowin. Super Tekla is a stand-up comedian who was given an opportunity to have his big break as Willie’s co-host on his popular show.
Recently, rumors about Super Tekla being replaced on the show have started circulating. Some people are claiming that it is because the comedian is allegedly addicted to a few bad vices. Exactly what those vices are have yet to be clarified.
Super Tekla’s life was featured in an episode of “Magpakailanman.” The episode detailed how he rose to fame after Willie Revillame offered him the opportunity to join his show and work as a co-host.
Super Tekla’s time on Wowowin was memorable for the cheer that he brought. His jokes cracked the audience up and many people lauded Willie for giving the comedian the opportunity to make a name for himself in Pinoy showbiz.
If the rumors are true, then the comedian might have just wasted his big break. It is such a waste to lose a high-paying job that was practically handed to you. Lolit Solis gave her two cents about the rumor in her article on philstar.com:
“Sayang na sayang ang big opportunity na pinakawalan ni Tekla. Saan pa siya pupulutin kung true ang balita tungkol sa pagdispatsa sa kanya ni Willie?”
“Sa true lang, hindi ako masyadong natatawa sa mga joke ni Tekla kapag pinapanood ko siya. Mas type ko pa nga si Donita Nose na nakakatawa ang mga hirit at pralala sa Wowowin.”
Now that Super Tekla is rumored to be out of Wowowin there are new rumors that claim Willie has found someone to replace the exiting comedian. However, details regarding this replacement’s identity have yet to surface.
